Camp Manitou's Dining Room, Kitchen & Sample Menu
Dinning Room:
At Camp Manitou our Dinning room is located in the Main Lodge right off the waters edge. You can enjoy your breakfast as you watch the staff prepare the boats for the days fishing excursion and you can enjoy your mouthwatering dinner as you enjoy the wonderful view from any of our 5 large double windows over looking the water.
The dinning room was added to the lodge back in the early 70's. We have updated it with a nice pine interior as well as guest fish pictures and maps for targeting your next days catch. All of our meals are made to order unlike most resorts and we don't have a set breakfast or dinner time. It is your vacation so we offer flexible meal times to all of our guests.

The Kitchen:
This is where all the Magic happens. All your homemade breads, desserts and made to order meals come right from this little corner of the lodge. Many of our guests can't believe that our cook can produce such fantastic Meals out on and island in the middle of nowhere.
Our commercial kitchen has many of the same things a large restaurant in the city has. We have a huge 36" stainless steel griddle for all of our breakfast making. We have large garland 6 burner stove, with 2 large ovens underneath and a complete line of stainless pots and pans to whip up any main course, dessert, home made bread or cookies.
Our staff keep the kitchen meticulously clean with a full clean-up after every meal is prepared.

Meals are all made to order, not prepared before hand like most other resorts

Lunch Menu:
We let the customer decide the waitress after dinner asks them exactly what they want. We don't make a bunch of sandwiches out of bologna or give them what's left over from the prior meal like other places on the Lake do.
Shore lunch Or
Sandwiches anyway you like them, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cheese, mayo, mustard.

Homemade Cookies
Dinner Meals:
Each meal is severed with either Tossed salad, caesar salad or Homemade soup. Each meal is served with fresh homemade bread, made that day.

Marinated New York Strip cooked to order, sautéed Mushrooms and Onions, Baked Potato, and asparagus spears
Matt's Delicious Homemade Spaghetti and Garlic Toast
Baby Back BBQ ribs with specially blended Manitou BBQ sauce, Fries, and coleslaw
Honey Baked Pineapple Ham, Scallop Potatoes and Green Beans
Creamy Chicken Alfredo with marinated Mixed Vegetables steamed over our stainless griddle
